Assistant Manager

Our assistant manager plays a crucial role in the restaurant. Our team of servers will look to you for support and guidance. You are a leader who prioritizes high quality service and are willing to jump in wherever you’re needed to help the restaurant run seamlessly. This might include dealing with difficult customer situations, assisting with serving tasks, recruiting and training staff members, optimizing the restaurant’s profitability, all while maintaining a positive environment for customers and staff members alike.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Establish high quality service standards and demonstrate by example

  • Assist GM in maintaining organization and optimizing sales

  • Recruiting and training new staff members

  • Ability to perform all front of house tasks

  • Should be dependable, detail oriented, and receptive to constructive criticism.

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in full restaurant environment with at least one year in a leadership position.

  • Active TIPS certification/ability to and pass TIPS course

  • Ability to lift 50lbs and to work on your feet for extended periods of time

Server

As a server, you must be friendly, outgoing and communicate effectively. A guest should leave the restaurant with a desire to return, and you play a major role in their overall experience. We want you to be yourself and to be engaging and enthusiastic about the guest’s experience.

Requirements:

  • Active TIPS certification/ability to take and pass TIPS course

  • Be engaging and prompt with our guests and their needs

  • Be a team player - assist others when you can with running, keeping areas tidy, and promoting an overall positive work environment for all staff

  • Must be at least 18

  • Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs and to be on your feet for an entire shift consistently

  • 1 year relevant experience preferred, not required

Bartender

Our bartender is the heart of our restaurant. It is your job to be friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic towards our guests. You must be knowledgeable of our alcohol selection, monitor our guest’s alcohol intake, and provide a wonderful and engaging experience.

Requirements:

  • Active TIPS certification/ability to take and pass TIPS course

  • Be engaging and prompt with our guests and their needs

  • Be a team player - assist others when you can with running, keeping areas tidy, and promoting an overall positive work environment for all staff

  • Must be at least 18, 21+ preferred

Host/Hostess

As a host/hostess you give the first impression for the restaurant. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual like you to greet our guests with enthusiasm in a timely manner, show them to their table and present them with menus. It is your job to maintain order and organize the restaurant to optimize customer satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements:

  • Active TIPS certification/ability to take and pass TIPS course

  • Be engaging and prompt with our guests and their needs

  • Ability to organize guest reservations and maintain a functional arrangement within the restaurant at all times

  • Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours at a time



Sous Chef

Our restaurant is searching for a creative and motivated sous chef to join our talented kitchen team. You are someone who is passionate about food and detail oriented. In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating delicious seasonal menus and meal designs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.

  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Food Prep

We are looking for an energetic food preparation worker to assist our kitchen workers by preparing food ingredients. You will wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables, and measure, weigh and mix a wide variety of ingredients. You will also cut, slice, and grind a variety of meats. You will ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness and ensure desired stock levels at all times. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of food preparation fundamentals.

  • Ability to follow recipes.

  • Sound understanding of food allergies and food borne illnesses.

  • Basic mathematical skills.

  • Proficient knife handling skills.

Grill Cook
